"Oh I've got eyes for love but..." He hesitated, chewing on his lip for a
moment before giving a shrug of his shoulder. "Wasn't for any dame." He
knew he really shouldn't be saying these things, not even to other man
who'd been his best friend since childhood. Never knew how anyone was gonna
react to what he was implying, after all.
"Doesn't matter though. Only person I was ever really interested in..well
it'll never happen so oh well." He waved his hand like he was brushing it
off, hoping for a change of subject but he couldn't think of anything else
to say.
